AthElite

Our mission

Every serious decision in Indian sport should be an informed one — from a district under-15 selection to a league final.

That is not a technology problem so much as an access problem. The analytics that top franchises take for granted are neither complicated nor genuinely expensive to run; they have simply never been packaged for the organisations that make up the vast majority of the sport. AthElite exists to close that gap.

Our story

How we got here.

01

The gap we kept seeing

Indian sport generates enormous amounts of data — scorebooks, attendance registers, fitness tests, hours of footage — and almost all of it dies where it was written. Meanwhile decisions that shape a young player's career get made on memory and reputation.

02

Why nobody had fixed it

The tools that solve this properly were built for professional franchises and priced accordingly. An academy with two hundred players and a modest budget was not the customer anyone was designing for, so it kept using spreadsheets.

03

What we built instead

AthElite was set up to make professional-grade analytics work at that level: starting from the data organisations already have, delivering reports people actually read, and charging a monthly figure an academy can plan around.

04

Where we are now

We work with academies, clubs, leagues and associations in cricket and football, and we build custom tools for organisations whose processes no product supports. We are early, we say so, and we would rather show you a sample than a case study we cannot back up.

What we stand for

Four things we won't trade away.

Evidence over opinion

Reputation and gut feel make great stories and poor selections. Our job is to put something defensible underneath the decisions that shape careers.

Plain language, always

If a coach cannot read a report without an analyst standing next to them, the report has failed. We write for the person making the decision.

Accessible by design

Professional analytics has been priced for franchises. We build for the academies, clubs and associations that make up almost all of Indian sport.

We stay after the install

A dashboard nobody updates is worse than no dashboard. Our model is recurring for a reason — we are accountable for it still working next season.
