We quote a fixed figure once we know your programme size, sports and the modules you need — usually within a couple of days of a first conversation. There are no per-seat charges, so adding staff never increases your bill.

Pay monthly with no lock-in, or commit quarterly or annually for a discount. Most academies start monthly and switch once they've seen a season.
One-time onboarding
A single onboarding fee covers setup, data migration and training. It is quoted up front, never billed as a surprise later.

Nothing requires you to roll out across the whole organisation. Prove it on one squad, then extend.

Before you ask.
No. Every plan works from data you already generate — scorecards, team sheets, attendance registers and fitness testing. GPS units and wearables improve load monitoring and we integrate them happily, but nothing about getting started requires you to buy hardware.
In most cases yes. We work with the common scoring apps and platforms used across Indian cricket and football, and can ingest exports from them. Where scoring is still on paper, digitisation is handled as part of onboarding.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Age- and maturation-adjusted comparison is built in, which matters enormously in youth sport where a player who is simply older than the cohort will always look stronger on raw averages.
Yes, and we usually recommend it. The Starter plan exists specifically so you can run a single squad for a season, see the reporting, and decide from evidence rather than a sales pitch.
Yes. Your coach rating scales, the attributes you assess, your branding and the layout of the monthly report are all configured to your programme. Standard templates are a starting point, not a constraint.
Because a single number would be wrong for almost everyone reading it — an academy with one age group and an association covering twelve districts need very different things. We scope the engagement and come back with a fixed figure, usually within a couple of days.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and you can export your data in full, in open formats, at no charge. We would rather earn the renewal than trap it.
Our deepest sport-specific reporting is in cricket and football. The registry, competition and reporting layers are sport-agnostic, so associations running other disciplines are well served — we will tell you honestly which parts are deep and which are standard.
