These terms govern your use of the AthElite Sports Management website. Services and subscriptions are governed by the separate engagement agreement signed with each client — where the two differ, the engagement agreement wins.

You may browse, read and share this website freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use it to distribute anything unlawful.

Dashboards, reports, standings, player names and statistics shown on this site are illustrative samples built on representative data. They are not client deliverables and do not describe real people, teams or competitions. Organisations named in an ecosystem context are not endorsements or claims of a commercial relationship unless explicitly stated.
No published pricing
This site describes the shape of our plans but does not publish prices. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. Pricing is quoted per engagement in writing.
Intellectual property
The design, text, code and graphics on this site belong to AthElite Sports Management unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.
Work produced under a client engagement is governed by that agreement. Our standard position is that the client owns their data, their outputs and any bespoke system built for them.

We keep this site accurate and current, but it describes capability rather than guaranteeing outcomes. Timeframes given here are typical rather than contractual; the timeline for your engagement is agreed in writing before work starts.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website's general content. Liability relating to delivered services is governed by the engagement agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction.
