Multi-Sport & Associations
One registry across every sport you govern
State and district associations, universities and multi-discipline academies run many sports on one governance layer. AthElite gives you a consistent athlete registry, eligibility and reporting spine — with sport-specific reporting layered on top.

Why multi-sport & associations
Associations face a problem single-sport clubs do not: every discipline keeps its records differently, but eligibility, compliance and talent pathways have to be consistent across all of them. The result is usually a different spreadsheet per sport, per district, per age group — and an audit that takes weeks.
AthElite's core is sport-agnostic. Registrations, athlete profiles, age and eligibility, documents, scheduling and reporting work the same way regardless of discipline, with role-based access so district officials, coaches and the board each see what they should. On top of that spine, cricket and football get full depth, and other disciplines get structured tracking and reporting.
For universities and multi-sport academies, the same platform runs many teams under one roof: each coach sees their own squad, while programme-wide participation and compliance roll up to whoever answers to the board. Where you already have a registry or scoring system, we integrate rather than insist on replacing it.

Use cases
Where multi-sport & associations organisations get value first.
One registry, many districts
Every affiliated club registers athletes through the same forms into the same database, so a district-level query that used to take a fortnight of phone calls takes a search box.
Eligibility without the scramble
Age proof, consent and documentation live against the athlete record. Eligibility checks before a tournament become a filter rather than an evening of cross-referencing.
Talent identification at scale
Standardised, age-adjusted assessment lets you compare athletes fairly across districts and disciplines instead of trusting whichever coach shouts loudest for their own player.
Board and funding reporting
Participation, pathway and compliance numbers roll up automatically, so the annual report and any funding submission draw on data you already trust.

Multi-Sport & Associations FAQs
Asked and answered.
The registry, eligibility, documents and reporting spine is sport-agnostic and handles any discipline. Cricket and football have the deepest sport-specific reporting; other sports get structured tracking and standard reporting rather than bespoke metrics — we would rather say that plainly than overclaim.
Usually yes. We integrate with existing registries and scoring systems where an export or API exists, and migrate historical records during onboarding.
Role-based access. District officials see their district, club administrators see their club, coaches see their squads, and the board sees the roll-up. Every change is logged.
Yes, and we usually recommend it. A single district or discipline as a pilot proves the workflow before you extend it across the association.
You do. It is your athletes' data and your association's records; we are the custodian. You can export it in full at any time, at no charge.
See it on your multi-sport & associations data.
Send us a season of scorecards or team sheets and we will build a sample report on your own players — the fastest way to judge whether this is worth it.
